AIOP

AIOP is a self-hosted AI Operations Platform I built to give hosting providers and data centres an AI-assisted Network Operations Centre — governed, audited, and human-in-the-loop at every critical step.

It combines Claude AI, n8n, PostgreSQL with pgvector, Redis, OpenSearch, Prometheus, Grafana, HashiCorp Vault and Slack into a single automation fabric, integrated natively with cPanel/WHM, DirectAdmin, Proxmox and WHMCS. Every action falls into one of three governance tiers: Level 1 (read-only diagnostics, fully autonomous), Level 2 (safe, reversible operations like service restarts, auto-executed and logged), and Level 3 (irreversible actions — account suspension, disk wipes — that always require human approval via Slack).

The result: a 94% average diagnostic confidence, 88-second average incident recovery, and a permanent audit trail for every action the AI takes.
