Billing that stays in sync with what's actually running
Imara Cloud is the hosting billing and client-management platform I built and operate myself — my answer to the industry-standard tools that treat billing and provisioning as two separate systems that occasionally talk to each other.
The design principle is simple: an account's billing state and its provisioning state should never be allowed to drift apart. When an invoice goes unpaid, suspension logic fires automatically and consistently. When a payment clears, the account is reinstated without a support ticket. That closed loop is what most webhosting billing systems get wrong, and it's the specific gap Imara Cloud was built to close.
It now underpins the client-facing side of my own hosting and consulting work, and forms the reference architecture I bring into billing-automation engagements for other providers.
